All have started in France as earlier as 1978,our family has been raised Jewish traditional,and at a very early age with a growing passion for culinary which made sense as my farther himself was a talented chef; I have seen him making those amazing dishes I had the chance to follow him on its travels all over France ,Spain i had a growing fascination.
As my family slowly became more religious,thanks to have lived very close to a very religious Chtetls and Yeshivos (Gour Arie,Bussières AKA Fublen and Armentiere -en-Brie AKA Noverdok Rebbe הרב גרשון ליבמן זצק״ל) we use to mingle with its congregations, after finishing College,
I have entered in culinary competition to gain access to top chef careers and winning contests of my age over all of my age contestants and promised to be the next future French top chef that was funded by the ÉNAC (École National des Arts Culinaires d’Île-de-France et Picardie).Shortly after as I visited my brother in Manchester for vacation in his Yeshivah (Pinto Talmudical Centre) in 1986 and not been myself Frum at all at this earlier point of my life, I was turmoiled upon my short visit the Rabbis, explained my wrong path, I had found a more growing passion to be knowledgeable in Jewishness and how important to keep this ancestry flame greater among all ,that made me understand that more important than all career and wealth.
Soon upon my return back home than came the choice in early year 1987, Yeshivah or professional culinary school i decided to go to Yeshivah I made Teshuvah and decided to become a Rabbi, I went to Yeshivah that lasted 8 yrs then came Collel 4 yrs and so forth(see C.V).Years later and still had this envy of cooking over the sad passing of my father ע״ה in 2006.Upon our arrival Orlando in 2010, I decided to give this passion a go for pizzas and dairy dishes, following Europe style pizza, but with my own touches; resulting an amazing combination fusion of common NY style pizza and its Authentic Italian European roots style. And here we are to be the first Rabbi/Chef ever known This has never been experienced combination of high Kosher Lame’hadrin standards and great culinary knowledge never seen in the USA and now for the past 16yrs to all our visitors in south Florida, we have started this in Orlando in 2011-2012 we were the first ever dairy in Orlando, 7 years later we move to Tampa, and decided to return in 2023 back to Orlando, And currently in Fort Myers in South Florida , we have brought surprise and joy all over those years in Florida; people came just for a pizza and could listen a Torah Vort or Dvar Halacha. Now you come too just for a pizza and end up of Divrei Torah too just like Avrohom Avinu, we will surprise you again you have never taste those pizzas neither N.Y, Miami or L.A guaranteed, and all Kosher Lame’hadrin.
